My work is thoughtful and attentive. I listen intently to your body and respond with a blend of deep tissue and intuitive energy work. Once the underlying cause is released, pain & other symptoms resolve. Deep tissue massage should not be painful - I use methods that alleviate tension while being gentle with the body.
